SharePoint Designer Workflow running two times and only twice

Problem: SharePoint workflow is running two time everthing thing i do..

Solution: At the beginning of the workflow, add an action "Pause for duration" of 1 minute.

State Machine Workflow logtohistorylistactivity or task not updating

Problem: Changing logtohistorylistactivity in the workflow isn't working/updating on workflow history.
Only when created it gets updated.


Solution: Every time you deploy the workflow you have to restart the service spusercodev4:
1- open cmd and run "net stop spusercodev4"
2- "net start spusercodev4" in order to refresh the service

Now the workflow gets updated ;))

Errors were found when compiling the workflow. The workflow files were saved but cannot be run.

Problem: When publishing Workflow in SharePoint Designer. We get a message Errors were found when compiling the workflow. The workflow files were saved but cannot be run.

Resolution:
1- Go to "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\" of the specific Site.
Open web.config
3- Find the first line with "httpRuntime".



4- Add the attribute executionTimeout="300"
The whole line should look like this
5- Save web.config
6- Do iisreset /noforce

7- Close Designer and re open.
8- Delete Workflow and recreate.
9- Save and publish ;)

Worked for me..Hope it works for you.

Remove workflow with content approval e submeter directamente o site

Primeiro,
Disable content approval:

1- Ir a View All Site Content
2- Clicar em Pages
3- Library Settings/definições da biblioteca
4- Clicar em Versioning Settings/Definições de controlo de versão
5- Mudar para não em Content Approval/aprovação de conteúdo


Segundo,
Remove the workflow :

1- Voltar a Library Settings/definições da biblioteca
2- Clicar em Workflow settings/definições de fluxo de trabalho
3- Clicar Remove a workflow/remover fluxo de trabalho
4- Mudar todos os Workflows/fluxos de trabalho para No New Instances/Nenhuma Instância Nova.

And that's it!

Formulário não abre no Browser através de Workflow

Bom, hoje criei um workflow, no SharePoint Designer, e não estava conseguindo abri o formulário no browser.

O que faltava fazer no email era:

1- No Source - Current Item
2- No field - URL Absoluto codificado

URL Absoluto codificado retorna um .xml
A frente do .xml teremos que juntar "?OpenIn=Browser" e já está :)

Resultado seria qualquer coisa como:

http://Servidor/Biblioteca/Formulario.xml?OpenIn=Browser

Workflows parou de funcionar Erro 6875

Estava eu a testar os workflows com o Infopath e tudo funcionando direito...

Até que umas 2-3 horas depois os Workflows deixaram de funcionar....

Comecei a procurar...e tal..perdi uma tarde a procura e a fazer cenas..até cheguei a reparar o SharePoint...e tive que configurar de novo.

O erro no Event Viewer era

"Erro ao carregar e executar o receptor de eventos Microsoft.SharePoint.Publishing.Internal.PublishingWebEventReceiver em Microsoft.SharePoint.Publishing, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c. Abaixo encontram-se informações adicionais.

Depois de tentar de tudo, mudei de conta já não sei para quê...e voâ-lá lol

Estava com login na conta de sistema...mudei para outra e os workflows começaram a funcionar.
